Wint holds an LLB dated 16th January, 2000 from the University of Yangon, Diploma in Business Law dated 27th January, 2001 and Master in Business Law dated 23rd November, 2014 from the University of Yangon. Admitted as a member of the Yangon Bar Association in 2001 and member of Myanmar Advocate Lawyers Council, she has almost Twenty years’ experience in corporate, commercial and land-related matters, gained in both public and private sectors in Myanmar.
Wint also holds the Degree of Master of Business Administration dated 5th March, 2020 from the Swiss Business School (SBS), Zurich, Switzerland.
She has prepared numerous investment proposals as well as major infrastructure projects, accepted by the Myanmar Investment Commission and is highly effective in her liaison with high-level Government authorities. Wint has advised both lenders and borrowers in financings related to the development of various infrastructure projects in Myanmar including in the construction and telecommunications.
Wint has a deep knowledge of corporate law in Myanmar. In addition, she is currently involved in both contentious and non-contentious matters relating to land ownership rights. Wint has also published articles in the Local Law Digest on various land law issues.

Mr. Tin Sein, Senior Partner and Advisor at Wint & Partners, is a former law lecturer of the University of Yangon. He has BA (Law) and LLB degrees and a LLM in shipping and maritime law, all from the University of Yangon. He has 14 years of academic and research experience in Myanmar laws and Thirty years of legal consulting experience. He has advised on a broad range of issues including land use rights and Myanmar laws and regulations as well as foreign director investment.

Morris holds an LLB (University of Wellington, New Zealand), LLM (University of New South Wales Australia) specialising in media, communications and information technology law, and a Ph D in Law (University of Technology Sydney, Australia) specialising in intellectual property, competition and information technology law.
