• Assisting a consortium in the tender for the expansion, management and operations of the Yangon International Airport;
• Assisting a consortium in the tender for the expansion, management and operations of the Hanthawaddy International Airport.

• Assisting leading private equity funds in the corporate structuring of several investments and due diligence on local companies in Myanmar;
• Advising large local conglomerates in Myanmar for restructuring in order to be listed overseas;

• Assisting a leading telecommunications equipment manufacturer in setting up the operations in Myanmar and the land site acquisitions for the telecommunications tower network;
